Russell's Gardening Team

One of the pledges at our Summer Barbecue was made by Russell of 4 hours gardening. Looking at the before picture, it was lucky that such a big team turned up.

Staines Strollers Charity Pub Crawl

Stop Press - We have been told that we raised over £400 - so well done everybody. As you will see, a nefarious collection of strangely dressed adults (Wonder Woman, AliG, Dolly Parton, Superman, Bat Woman, an interestingly clad Nurse, Al Capone, a Jonny Wilkinson un-lookalike and - rather incongruously - a Nun) paraded through the streets and pubs of Staines on Saturday 3rd. May. They were collecting donations as part of the Staines Strollers' fund raising efforts for the Sam Beare Hospice in Weybridge. This is in memory of Lisa's husband Ian who died in the Sam Beare Hospice on Christmas Eve last year. If you didn't know, Lisa is hiding under the Superman costume!Stop Press
